Our football programs are the heart of the community—bringing athletes together to learn, compete, and grow. From flag to tackle football, there’s a program for every age, skill level, and goal.
FLAG FOOTBALL
A non-contact football program focused on learning the fundamentals of the game, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment.
TACKLE FOOTBALL
A structured football program that teaches proper technique, teamwork, and game strategy while emphasizing safety, discipline, and player development.
GUARDIAN CAPS
Rapid City Junior Football uses Guardian Caps to help protect our players and reduce the risk of head and other bodily injuries. Guardian Caps are lightweight, non‑restrictive, and fit over any helmet without altering the helmet itself. This added layer of protection is widely trusted and used by all NFL teams and many collegiate football programs.
